Bali (Indonesia) |
There are many international flights directly to Bali's airport Ngurah Rai near Denpasar. You can also reach Bali by ferry from Java (Banyuwangi to Gilimanuk) or from Lombok (Lembar to Padangbai). The large Pelni liners don't leave from Bali. Some information about Bali: Indonesia tourism - Bali travel info - Geocities - lonely planet Bali information - www.indonesiaphoto.com - Bali pesona online - International Airlines Offices in Jakarta - Offices of Domestic Airlines in Indonesia |

Sorry - but there are so many that I have decided not to list them anymore, it has become too much hassle to update all the information
Dive areas are: Amed / Jemeluk / Candi Dasa / Gilimanuk Bay / Lembongan / Lovina / Menjangan / Padang Bai / Pemuteran / Sambirenteng / Seraya / Tulamben
Dive operators are also based in: Amlapura / Denpasar / Jimbaran / Kuta / Sanur / Seminyak
- Diving all year around possible, best time is May to September
- Water 23 to 26°C (some places like Nusa Penida or Secret Bay during summer) to 30°C
- Visibility is mostly good (up to 30m)
- Some places have a lot of plankton, so visibility can be reduced but there are mantas and other plankton feeding animals
